Enlab provides professional event production services including but not limited to: pro audio systems, lighting, staging, backline equipment, video production, and technical crew services. All services are subject to availability and will be confirmed through a formal quote and agreement.

Quotes and Bookings

• All quotes are estimates and subject to change based on final event requirements
• Bookings are confirmed only upon signed agreement and deposit payment
• Pricing may vary based on event date, location, and specific requirements
• Equipment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement, but generally include:

• Deposit required to secure booking
• Balance due prior to or upon completion of services
• Late payment may result in additional fees

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be detailed in your service agreement. Generally, deposits may be non-refundable depending on cancellation timing and our ability to re-book the date and equipment.

Limitation of Liability

Enlab's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, except as required by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic.
